BREAKING NEWS 03/21/09 - The Tampa Film Showcase monthly film festival and professional networking event series is currenty operational as a web site, and we do have a staff, but we have not yet launched or rolled out our film festival events in the Tampa Bay film market. This will happen, but it is taking time. Until then, you can see the latest indie films on the Tampa Bay Film Online Film Festival, and network with professionals and Tampa filmmakers through Tampa Bay Film. Eventi Stage, a Passinault.Com company and sister company to Eventi Events, will be adminstering and producing all of our events, as well as at least two other Tampa film festival series. The first Tampa film festival by Eventi Stage us tentatively scheduled for fall, 2010. The launch of the Tampa Film Showcase monthly film festival and professional networking event series is tentatively scheduled for early 2011, although officially it is filed as To Be Announced, or TBA.

Think you know indie film and how to work indie film? Think again. Something different is coming. Something better is here. It is time for smart professionals to become involved, make some changes, and lead the Tampa indie film community into an era where other professionals respect the Tampa indie film scene instead of trying to displace it. It is time to inspire support from Tampa Bay, and we are here to help you show that you deserve that respect and support!
The Tampa Film Showcase monthly film festival and professional networking event series. This monthly film festival and professional networking event is a joint production of leading Tampa indie film web site Tampa Bay Film and Tampa Bay stage production company Eventi Stage.
Although the Tampa Film Showcase monthly film festival and professional networking event series will showcase Tampa indie films when they are available, we accept submissions of short films from all professionals regardless of geographic location. Our goal is to break great films to new audiences, and if those films come from the other side of the world, we will show them.
The Tampa Film Showcase monthly film festival and professional networking event series is in development, and is tentatively scheduled for a debut in the Tampa Bay market in Q1 2011. Our event will set new standards for what a film festival and a professional networking event should be. This site will become updated with content once it is available, and we approach the debut of the Tampa Film Showcase monthly film festival and professional networking event series. Once the film festival series launches, now-secret features of this web site will come online and will be available.
